Developed for women looking for a reliable mid-cut hiking or snowshoeing boot for the colder months of the year, the Alp Mate Winter Mid has a high-quality suede and robust stretch fabric upper with a protective rubber rand. The internal waterproof, breathable membrane keeps out snow and wet weather.

This boot is built for winter performance and features the trademark SALEWA® 3F System with robust Kevlar cables for flexibility, heel support and a stable, protective fit. Inside, the warm Alpine Wool lining offers improved thermal insulation management, especially in colder conditions, while the built-in durable EVA midsole enables a soft landing and superior shock absorption on harder ground. In addition, the climbing lacing and adaptive eyelets adjust easily to give a secure and more precise fit.

The Pomoca™ Winter Hike outsole has a lug pattern studied to give stability, grip and traction on rock, mud, and in particular snow and ice, while its biomechanical S-Path technology supports natural movement both on and off the trail.

This Alp Mate Winter Mid is a Salewa Committed product with a PFC-free durably water-repellent (DWR) coating and is manufactured according to additional strict, independently-audited social responsibility standards and fair working conditions.
