A  waterproof, breathable, and durable jacket shell that is worn when  conducting full spectrum combat or law enforcement operations in a wet  weather environment.

• Internal waterproof tuff label identifies individual uniform within sub-unit

• Military fit allows for layering during cold weather conditions
