Alpine Guide Jacket M

Primarily  meant for self-propelled objectives, this lightweight, durable, and  packable jacket goes from high output to low output easily. With updated  GORE-TEX PRO ePE fabric that is free from intentionally added PFAS and  abrasion-resistant Hadron LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) grid face fabric,  this shell can be easily stashed in your pack until the weather turns,  providing fast shelter in a more lightweight package. A lower-profile  removable RECCO® reflector ensures no more mixed, multiple signals in  the field during rescues.

What's been updated: Updates include a light, durable GORE-TEX  PRO ePE fabric free from intentionally added PFAS, with our  abrasion-resistant Hadron™ LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) grid face fabric  for maximum durability in a lighter package, and a lower-profile  removable RECCO® reflector.

Product tip:  The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, but just as  strong and durable as the materials we used before.   You may notice the  face fabric “wetting out” slightly faster in products with ePE  membranes, but rest assured this does not affect the waterproofing of  the membrane itself. If you notice the fabric wetting out faster than  you’d like, simply wash the jacket and dry it to remove the oil  contamination and bring the DWR back to its full power.
